Features: 
1) Cowles dispersion test is carried out referring to the procedures from ASTM:
    a) Add the pigment into alkyd resin (70% solid)
    b) Stir at high speed to mix them thoroughly
    c) Then measure the degree of dispersion (commonly referred to as "fineness
        of grind") with a Hegman gauge
    d) This is a key index reflecting the pigment's dispersion
2) Light fastness is evaluated in 8 grades, grades 1 to 8 represents poor to the
    best
3) Applications: widely used in the industries of painting, printing ink, rubber, 
    plastic and stationery
